What Rancho Bernardo customers say
Honesty and fair pricing stood out to me. The technician clearly explained the freezer problem and didn’t push any unneeded services. Exceptional customer care that I recommend to everyone in Rancho Bernardo seeking trustworthy Sub-Zero repair.
Freezer was rock hard but the fridge side kept creeping into the forties by dinnertime. He pulled the lower grille off first thing and the condenser in our Seven Oaks kitchen was packed solid. Cleaned it, checked the fan, and it held overnight.
Called about eleven at night in the middle of that hot dry October stretch and someone actually picked up. Our PRO 48 had given up after getting through the whole summer. Next morning he cleaned the condenser up top and replaced the fan behind the grille.

The three things that keep coming up
The window held. The quote and the invoice matched. The person who arrived could say what had failed and why, in language that meant something. Nobody writes a review about a refrigerator getting cold again — that was the deal — so what gets written about is everything either side of it.
The fourth, less often but more strongly worded, is that nothing was pulled out of the cabinetry. A built-in in a Rancho Bernardo kitchen sits between stone and panel work that costs more than the appliance, and the whole design assumes service through the grille rather than a unit dragged across the floor.
The visits where nothing was fitted
A share of these are jobs with no part in them at all — a gasket reseated, a blocked drain cleared, a filter nobody had changed since the kitchen was fitted. Those are charged as a diagnosis, and they end the same way: Sub-Zero Repair Rancho Bernardo on (858) 630-4145 if it comes back.
